Tricia K. Hofmann has been with the firm for nearly a quarter of a century and became a partner in 2003. She focuses her practice in Insurance Coverage, Insurance Litigation, and Insurance Defense. In addition, since 2019, Tricia has served as our managing attorney. Whether she’s investigating a complex coverage issue or resolving an administrative issue on behalf of the firm, Tricia’s strategic thinking and attention to detail set her apart. Colleagues often seek her advice, knowing that she’ll dissect issues with surgical precision and work doggedly to uncover and implement a solution.
Tricia completed her bachelor’s degree in history from DePauw University, cum laude, in 1992, and earned a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University in 1994. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997, where she graduated in the top five students in her class.
Admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1998, Tricia is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Tricia is a leader, having served not only as manager of our firm, but as a former president of the Floyd County Bar Association and a former president of her college sorority, Alpha Chi Omega.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys traveling with her husband John and their daughters, voraciously reading, spending time with her pets, and cheering on her beloved Michigan State Spartans with unwavering loyalty.
