John R. Hofmann

John R. Hofmann is a partner and distinguished attorney at the firm. His areas of practice include Medical Malpractice Defense and Fraud Investigation.

John was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1998 and the Indiana Bar in 2011. He completed his bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University in 1992. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1997, where he graduated first in his class. During his time in law school, he was part of the National Moot Court Team and served as an Associate Editor for the Law Review, where he met his wife, Tricia. Currently, John is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.

John has also contributed to the legal field through his authorship, such as his article, “Our Own Employees Provided the Medical Care and Have Critical Information about What Happened; Can We Ask Them about It?” which was published in the Indiana Civil Litigation Review, vol. XVII (2020).

On a personal note, John was born in 1969. He and Tricia have two children, Casey and Madison. His interests include visiting his daughters at their respective colleges, playing the guitar, camping, music, and University of Louisville basketball and football.
