Daniel Weber

Associate

Daniel Weber is an associate trial attorney at Waters Tyler Hofmann & Scott. His practice focuses on insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury defense.

Originally set on medical school, Daniel graduated from Indiana University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in biology with a focus on microbiology. However, at the eleventh hour, Daniel chose to follow in the footsteps of his father, Joseph Weber, and older brother, Mickey Weber, and pursue a career in the legal field.

Daniel obtained his juris doctorate from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2024. During law school, Daniel received a CALI award in legal writing and served as a member of Volume 62 of the University’s Law Review. Daniel also participated in a public service externship with the Clark County, Indiana, Public Defender’s Office.

Daniel is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, including the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana federal courts.

On a personal note, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Courtney, his dog, Beau, and his family. In his free time, Daniel enjoys exercising and home remodeling projects that “he is not qualified to undertake.”
