Ethan Corder is an associate attorney at Waters Tyler Hofmann & Scott. He practices in a variety of areas including civil litigation, business transactions, estate planning, and Medicaid planning. Born and raised in Kentucky, Ethan graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2017 with an anthropology degree (he wanted to be Indiana Jones). From there, he ended up in Chicago for several years working for the Social Security Administration. At the Social Security Administration, he assisted thousands of individuals with retirement, disability, and Medicare benefits. While working full time, Ethan attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law, finishing in the top 15 percent of his class and earning two CALI awards (highest grade) in Bankruptcy and Legal Writing II. Somehow, he also found time to intern at his law school’s Employee Benefits Clinic, acquiring valuable, real-world legal experience working with clients to solve challenging employment law issues. Ethan graduated from Chicago-Kent in 2025 and is now licensed to practice in Indiana.
Outside of the office, Ethan enjoys exercising, reading about the U.S. presidents, and spending time with his wonderful wife Paige (and, soon, their baby daughter).
